# AWS Marketplace

Spice.ai Enterprise on AWS Marketplace.

Spice.ai Enterprise is available on AWS Marketplace with two licensing models:

| Model    | ECR Repository                     | Description                  |
| -------- | ---------------------------------- | ---------------------------- |
| **BYOL** | `spice-ai/spiceai-enterprise-byol` | Bring Your Own License       |
| **Plan** | `spice-ai/spiceai-enterprise-plan` | AWS Marketplace subscription |

## Container Images

Enterprise images are published to the AWS Marketplace ECR registry and support both `amd64` and `arm64` architectures:

```
709825985650.dkr.ecr.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/spice-ai/spiceai-enterprise-byol:<version>-enterprise-models
709825985650.dkr.ecr.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/spice-ai/spiceai-enterprise-plan:<version>-enterprise-models
```

Tags are versioned and immutable — there is no `latest` tag. See [Docker](/docs/enterprise/deployment/docker.md) for the published variants.

## Helm Chart

A Marketplace-specific Helm chart is published to the same registry, one per image variant. The chart takes the name of the ECR repository it ships in, and its version appends `-helm` to the variant tag, so the `spiceai-enterprise-byol` chart at `2.3.0-enterprise-models-helm` deploys the `2.3.0-enterprise-models` image.

Authenticate Helm against the registry first — the chart is pulled over OCI from the same private registry as the images:

```bash
aws ecr get-login-password --region us-east-1 \
  | helm registry login --username AWS --password-stdin 709825985650.dkr.ecr.us-east-1.amazonaws.com
```

```bash
helm install spiceai \
  oci://709825985650.dkr.ecr.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/spice-ai/spiceai-enterprise-byol \
  --version 2.3.0-enterprise-models-helm \
  --set spicepod.name=my-app
```

The chart arrives with `image.repository` and `image.tag` pre-configured for that variant. See [Helm Chart](/docs/enterprise/deployment/helm-chart.md) for the full values reference.

## ECR Pull Access

AWS Marketplace grants the following ECR permissions to subscribed accounts:

* `ecr:GetDownloadUrlForLayer`
* `ecr:BatchGetImage`
* `ecr:BatchCheckLayerAvailability`
* `ecr:DescribeImages`

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.spice.ai/docs/enterprise/deployment/aws-marketplace.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
